Kelly Ann RileyI am a California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Play Therapist who completed her undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of California at San Diego.  I continued to earn my graduate degree in psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy, at Chapman University.  My post masters internship was completed at San Luis Rey Psychiatric Hospital, New Alternatives in home counseling services and in a private practice setting.

Over the past fourteen years I have worked with individuals, couples, groups, children and families and taught psycho-education classes on managing depression and bipolar disorders, eating disorders and parenting programs.  I have seven years experience in a local school district teaching parent education.  My work with the schools includes teaching a parent participation preschool with 3 to 5 year old children, teaching Redirecting Children’s Behavior and Developing Capable People, and supervising the Parents as Teachers program. 

When working with my clients, my objective is to help each individual overcome any obstacles that may be preventing him/her from achieving maximum personal satisfaction with his/her life.
